Our promise in one line

If Coffee Burn does not suit you, tell us within 60 days and we will refund the purchase price. The rest of this page explains the details so there are no surprises.

Eligibility window

The 60-day period begins on the date your order is delivered. Requests made within that window are eligible for a refund of the product purchase price. Requests after 60 days are handled case by case, and we are usually reasonable.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with your order number and the reason, or use the form on the contact page. We confirm receipt within one business day and tell you the next step, which may include returning unopened jars to our fulfillment address.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take 5 to 10 business days to appear after we process it.

Shipping costs

Original shipping charges, where they applied, may be non-refundable. Return shipping, if we ask you to send jars back, is your responsibility unless the order arrived damaged or incorrect, in which case we cover it.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or with a broken seal, contact us right away and do not use the product. We will replace it or refund it at no cost to you.

Authorized purchases only

This policy applies only to orders placed through coffeeburnwellness.com. We cannot refund purchases made through unauthorized third-party sellers, because those cannot be verified against our batch records.
